Manager, Process Engineering

The role will involve driving process excellence through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, advanced data analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and change management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt or equivalent certification
• 4+ years of experience in process engineering or operational excellence, preferably in financial services
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools for process mapping and online collaboration tools
