Job Description
Aviso is looking for a Process Engineer to join its Business Management team, responsible for engineering, design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of delegated business processes. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline and 5+ years of progressive experience in process design, process improvement, or operational transformation roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, Operations, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in process design, process improvement, or operational transformation roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop future-state process design artifacts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and process modeling tools
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in English and bilingual fluency in French is an asset
- At least Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process improvement designation is required; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is an asset
