Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, STEM, Operations, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of progressive experience in process design, process improvement, or operational transformation roles
• Demonstrated ability to develop future-state process design artifacts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and process modeling tools
• Experience and proficiency in root-cause analysis, process data analysis, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Working knowledge of process hierarchy concepts and established process management frameworks
