Job Description
We regulate financial services firms in the UK to keep financial markets fair, thriving and effective. As a Business Change Lead, you will play a key part in protecting consumers, driving economic growth and shaping the future of UK finance services.
Requirements
- Analyzing stakeholder groups and coordinating stakeholder engagement and management
- Developing detailed change impact assessments and securing a shared view of these impacts
- Working closely with project and programme teams to deliver change aligned to the FCA project delivery framework
