The Functionality & Change Lead Associate will lead business planning and prioritization, strengthen divisional decision-making, enable meaningful change, and build a thriving and inclusive workforce.
Requirements
- Prior experience or understanding of business planning, governance, budgeting and/or project planning frameworks within a complex organisation
- Demonstrable experience of building and sustaining strong, collaborative relationships
- Proven experience of designing and delivering multiple workstreams to high standards
