Experienced Analyst, Private Capital Markets

FT Partners is seeking an Experienced Analyst to join our Private Capital Markets (PCM) team. This individual will play a meaningful role in strengthening the firm's relationships across the investor universe and supporting the execution of capital raise and M&A processes.

Requirements

• Collect and analyze market data to enhance investor targeting efforts and support new investor discovery initiatives.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and investor communications to strengthen connectivity across the firm's network.
• Support the build-out of internal infrastructure and robust datasets that enable better, faster solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the execution of live capital raise and M&A processes, working closely with senior bankers across deal teams.
• Develop and maintain tools critical to strengthening the firm's investor relationships and improving deal execution.
