(Partner) Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Partner Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our client's innovative US-based physicians network. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat patients in assisted living, group homes, and skilled nursing facilities, including house call services via in-person visits and telemedicine. The role requires minimal traveling and offers a competitive compensation package.

Requirements

• Active Arizona License in good standing
• Multiple years of experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Physician Assistant
• Current and active DEA
• Ability to build excellent rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
• Being bilingual is a plus
