The company is looking for a Partner Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to diagnose and treat patients in assisted living/group homes and skilled nursing facilities.

Requirements

• Active Arizona License in good standing
• Multiple years of experience as a Primary Care Nurse or Physician Assistant
• Must have current and active DEA
• Ability to build excellent rapport with patients
• Experience working in fast-paced environments focusing on the highest quality care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams consisting of medical and administrative team members
• Being bilingual is a plus
