Registered Nurse (Home Health)

We are looking for Registered Nurses to work with our home health agency client in the Phoenix Area, providing one-on-one care to patients in their homes.

Requirements

• Self-manage, schedule and perform visits based on assigned patient base
• Conduct home visits as assigned, assessing the patient's condition, and progress toward goals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
