Job Description
Findem is HR 2.0, a fast-growth startup with an ambitious vision and technology to back it up. We're seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of complex, scalable systems.
Requirements
- 14 or more years of progressive software engineering experience
- Significant hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and TypeScript in production environments
- Proven experience leading the delivery of large-scale systems with minimal supervision
- Expert-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails and TypeScript
- Product engineering mindset: ability to own the full product lifecycle from discovery through delivery
- Deep expertise in designing and building scalable, distributed systems
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional technical initiatives from concept to delivery
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate highly complex and ambiguous challenges
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience setting architectural standards and driving adoption of engineering best practices
