Construction Project Manager II/III

FindTalent is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager II/III to oversee complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors.

Requirements

• Manage specific aspects of construction projects, including technical, cost, quality, and scheduling components.
• Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring alignment with defined scopes and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Support the planning, execution, and commissioning of projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational requirements.
• Conduct system walkdowns, punch list management, and documentation to ensure successful project turnover.
• Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and key milestones to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in project management processes.
• Play a key role in large-scale infrastructure projects, including renewable energy initiatives and Small Modular Reactors (SMR).
• Ensure proper implementation of EPC contracts and procurement agreements to support field operations and efficiency.
• Support construction teams in delivering high-quality projects that meet operational and regulatory standards.
