FindTalent is seeking an experienced and motivated Substation Project Engineer to collaborate with lead engineers and account managers to deliver high-quality solutions for power delivery services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in substation engineering.
- Prior experience as a lead engineer, including QC reviews and mentoring.
- Strong understanding of power systems, substation design principles, and utility grid operations.
- Familiarity with industry standards (NEC, NESC, NEMA, IEEE/ANSI).
- Proficiency in engineering analysis and design tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel up to 15%.
