We are seeking a Senior Sales / Business Development Manager to drive new business and revenue growth for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology in the DACH and BeNeLux regions, build strategic customer relationships, and develop market and technology trends to adapt sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Senior Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management within the electronics, PCB, semiconductor, or related technology industries
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities, develop markets, and build long-term strategic customer relationships
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high-value technical deals
- Solid understanding of technical products, manufacturing environments, and solution-based selling
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution and strong commercial ownership
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior decision-makers
- Comfortable working in an international environment with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high level of self-motivation, and willingness to take ownership of market development
- Fluent in English; German or additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
