We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and close deals. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in business development or sales of IT consulting services and software products, with demonstrable successes in strategic new customer acquisition and building partnerships.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in business development or sales of IT consulting services and software products
• Demonstrable successes in strategic new customer acquisition and building partnerships with a pronounced ownership mentality
• Very good understanding of market trends, customer requirements, decision-maker structures, and value-based selling
• Sovereign appearance, strong communication and negotiation skills - from C-level to department
• Structured work style: you can prioritize, create forecasts, and measure growth
• Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
• Completed studies (e.g. business administration/information technology) or comparable qualification
