We're seeking a motivated HR Generalist with a background in manufacturing to join a forward-thinking team.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist role.
- CHRP/CHRL designation (or in progress) is a strong asset.
- Experience in manufacturing, start-ups, multi-entity organizations, or clean-tech environments preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Ontario employment standards; familiarity with U.S. employment practices is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Experience improving and streamlining HR processes and practices.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels.
- Curious, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a willingness to take initiative.
