Job Description
As an HR Generalist, you will support client companies through outsourced HR and recruiting engagements, ensuring operational excellence and compliance across all HR functions. You will coordinate and manage projects, maintain personnel records, and analyze HR metrics.
Requirements
- Diploma in HR Management
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist or closely related experience
- HRIS system experience
- CHRP and/or CHRL certification
- HR metrics analysis experience
- Client-facing experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- Exceptional attention to detail
