Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- ~5 years of HR experience, preferably supporting a multi-site or regional workforce.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR practices.
- High attention to detail, strong followâthrough, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fastâpaced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-border HR teams preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS platforms, and related systems.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and navigate employee concerns with integrity and sound judgment.
