Job Description
Finmo is seeking a Head of Business Development to drive new revenue opportunities, lead and develop a small team of junior Business Development Executives, and shape our outbound and partnership strategy.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Experience in fintech, B2B SaaS, payments, financial services, or financial software
- Proven track record of building and closing pipeline, not just managing relationships
- Prior experience leading or mentoring junior team members (formal or informal)
- Experience working effectively in a remote or distributed team
