Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) position with Pivot ABA in Glendale, AZ, working with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans and support skill development.
Requirements
- Current RBT Certification
- Active CPR Certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, & insurance
- At least one year of experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)
- In-home ABA experience
- A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)
- Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play
