Job Description
Finning Canada is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing HR team. The successful candidate will work with business leaders to develop HR strategy, strengthen leadership capability, and cultivate a high-performing culture. This is a permanent, full-time hybrid role based in either Edmonton or Calgary.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in human resources management, labour relations management or a related field
- 5+ years of professional-level human resource generalist experience, working and collaborating with business leaders in a consultative capacity
- Previous experience working with HRIS systems
- HR designation (CPHR) or significant progress towards completion considered an asset
- Experience working within a unionized heavy industrial environment is preferred
