Job Description
Finning Canada is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner for a permanent, full-time role based in either the Fort McKay or Fort McMurray region. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to leaders and a champion for employees, empowering teams, driving people-focused strategies, and supporting meaningful organizational success.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a unionized, industrial environment
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday is an asset)
- CPHR designation or progress toward completion is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and drive change across all levels of the organization
