Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Finova is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to oversee day-to-day accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely collections, minimizing risk exposure, and maintaining strong cash flow. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work cross-functionally to enhance customer interactions, streamline processes, and drive improvements in AR operations within a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or financial operation roles
• Experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment preferred
• ERP/accounting software proficiency (NetSuite ideally)
