We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Customer Success Team and lead the delivery of CEE-based client projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex software implementation projects specifically within the CEE or European market.
Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies, applying the right approach based on the specific client environment.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate diverse corporate cultures and influence executive leadership.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
Proficiency with PM tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
Strong experience in risk and change management within highly regulated environments.
Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is highly preferred given the focus on CEE financial institutions.
Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support local delivery teams and junior project managers.
