We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our growth across the UK and Ireland market, with a deep understanding of the financial services landscape and a proven ability to sell complex SaaS solutions at enterprise level.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: Manager/Supervisor
- Proven track record in a senior enterprise sales or sales leadership role, with a focus on financial institutions and fintech SaaS solutions in the UK and Ireland
- Strong understanding of the UK&I financial services landscape, including market trends, regulatory environment and digital transformation priorities
- Demonstrated success in owning and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Experience working in and thriving within a scale-up or start-up environment, with the agility to adapt and move fast
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC and CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences from technical teams to board level
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with pre-sales, marketing and customer success
