Finto is seeking a Founding Sales Manager to join its team, focused on bringing the company's AI-powered automation platform to enterprises across DACH. The role involves building the sales motion from scratch, owning the full sales cycle, and shaping the company's GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Native-level German
- Strong English for internal communication
- Experience at an early-stage startup or the ability to thrive without playbooks, scripts, and large support teams
