Job Description
Finto is looking for a Founding Sales Manager to join their team and help bring their AI-powered automation for accounts payable to enterprises across DACH. The role involves building the sales motion from scratch, owning the full sales cycle, and working closely with the CEO to shape the product and strategy.
Requirements
- 2â5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Native-level German
- Strong English for internal communication
- Experience at an early-stage startup or the ability to thrive without playbooks, scripts, and large support teams
