We are looking for a Founding Sales Manager to join our team, focused on bringing Finto to enterprises across DACH. The role involves shaping how we sell, who we sell to, and how we grow, and building our sales motion from scratch.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to finance or operations teams
- Native-level German
- Strong English for internal communication
- Experience at an early-stage startup or the ability to thrive without playbooks, scripts, and large support teams
- Genuine curiosity about how businesses run their finance operations
- Early adopter of AI tools
