Director of Engineering, Dynamic Platform

The Director of Engineering for Platform will lead the complex, highly-distributed systems required to deliver the vision of Fireblocks and Dynamic at massive scale. The position involves strategic and technical leadership, hands-on ownership, and system scaling and delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering management experience
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
• Exceptional focus on Security
• Deep expertise in one or more of the following sectors: Crypto/Web, Financial Services, or High-Security/Authentication Platforms
• Demonstrated experience in scaling platforms to support millions of users and high throughput transaction volumes
• Proven ability to attract, hire, and develop top-tier engineering talent
