Job Description
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM will own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership, and build a 'warm bench' of elite GTM talent. The role requires 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and 3+ years experience hiring for GTM functions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- 3+ years experience hiring for GTM functions
- Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Experience using recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly as business needs evolve
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse/Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices at scale
