Job Description
Firmo Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead ground-up, branded hotel projects throughout the Southeast. The Project Manager will oversee all project management deliverables while working in close partnership with Superintendents and engaging directly with subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Ground-up hotel project experience strongly preferred
- Proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget, including closeout
