Sr. Project Manager | Hospitality Construction, Hotel (Atlanta, GA)

Firmo Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up, branded hotel projects from active construction through closeout. The role will oversee project management deliverables, working in close partnership with Superintendents and engaging directly with subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Ground-up hotel construction project experience
• Proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget, including closeout
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and risk management
• Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and resolve issues efficiently
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• OSHA 30 and CPR (may be completed after hire)
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
• Ability to navigate active, multi-story construction sites
• Professional references and background check
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs
