Job Description
Firmo Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up, branded hotel projects from active construction through closeout. This role will oversee all project management deliverables while working in close partnership with Superintendents and engaging directly with subcontractors, architects, and ownership teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as a Construction Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Ground-up hotel construction project experience
- Proven success delivering projects on schedule and within budget, including closeout
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management software
