Job Description
First Advantage is a leading provider of mission-critical background screening solutions. The Product Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to deliver product implementations and support customer monitoring implementations.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in customer implementations
- Experience working closely with Sales and Client Success Teams
- Customer focused and a passion for user experience
- Ability to understand both the technical and business sides of the product
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship building skills
