Job Description
At First Advantage, people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across the Product Solutions organization. The role involves analyzing large datasets, defining ETL processes, and designing data models to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Two or more years of experience in data analysis or related field
- Proven expertise in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and optimize for performance
- Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance standards
- Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
