Job Description
Join a team that puts its People First and performs a variety of collection activities including collection calls, correspondence, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining records of all communication. Provides customer service regarding collections issues and resolves client discrepancies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of collections, AR, or customer account management experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
- Experience with Excel and Oracle a plus
