Job Description
The Asset Recovery Manager is responsible for managing Asset Recovery efforts, including repossessions, money judgements, foreclosures, etc., and manages aspects of the bank's Other Real Estate portfolio.
Requirements
- Work in conjunction with Asset Recovery Officer to manage day-to-day operations
- Communicate with legal counsel
- Manage Other Real Estate portfolio
- Prepare various reports, credit memos, and documentation
- Facilitate repossessions and liquidation of collateral
- Balance ARD related general ledger accounts
- Research information as requested
