VP Mortgage Lender

As a VP Mortgage Lender, you will provide in-house mortgage loans and secondary market mortgage loans to consumers, and have extensive contacts with Bank customers and personnel, as well as outside contacts with real estate brokers, builders, and other related entities.

Requirements

• Proactively solicit new prospects for residential mortgage secondary market loans
• Conduct interviews with prospective borrowers to analyze financial and credit data
• Maintain thorough knowledge of lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrate a commitment to professional ethics
• Participate in job specific training and other various bank training programs
• Comply with all Federal and State Laws and Regulations
