Job Description
Become a Mortgage Loan Originator at First Financial Bank, originating mortgage loans and providing superior customer experience. Develop and maintain a business plan for growth and network with referral sources to generate leads.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience originating residential mortgages
- Existing referral network established to provide mortgage leads
- Prior experience using loan originating software and MS Office products
- Strong product knowledge and underwriting requirements for Conventional and Government mortgage programs
- Mortgage Loan Originator License with NMLS
- Ability to obtain Mortgage Loan Originator License with NMLS
- Maintenance of employer and industry required continuing education
