Job Description
Become a Mortgage Loan Originator and originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, retail banking branches, and internal departments. Responsible for self-sourcing leads, presenting personalized mortgage products, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Requirements
- Consistently achieve monthly loan production volume
- Generate new business to meet profitability goals
- Develop and maintain business plan for growth
- Network with assigned bank branches and referral sources
- Evaluate customer needs and offer mortgage products
- Prepare and compile mortgage applications
- Ensure completeness of loan documentation
- Oversee timely closing and funding of loans
- Provide relationship servicing with current mortgage customers
