Job Description
We are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate mortgage loans sourced through referral partners, retail banking branches, and marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong product knowledge and underwriting requirements for Conventional and Government mortgage programs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience originating residential mortgages, 4 years preferred.
- Existing referral network established to provide mortgage leads.
- Prior experience using loan originating software and MS Office products.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Mortgage Loan Originator License with NMLS.
- Training in all areas of mortgage lending.
