Job Description
This Technical Delivery Manager role is a people-first delivery leadership position, requiring building and steering a high-performing team across development, SharePoint, and AI, with a focus on getting the best out of people, creating clarity, and keeping delivery moving forward.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading technical teams in a delivery-focused environment
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (dev, platform, or similar)
- Strong operational and delivery management capability
- Experience working alongside PMs, consultants, and structured PMO environments
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate between tech, business, and humans
