Job Description
We're looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, SharePoint engineers, and AI specialists. The role involves building and steering a high-performing team, aligning delivery with the business, and making sure work lands the way it's meant to.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading technical teams in a delivery-focused environment
- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams (dev, platform, or similar)
- Strong operational and delivery management capability
- Experience working alongside PMs, consultants, and structured PMO environments
- Excellent communication skills, you can translate between tech, business, and humans
