Job Description
The Analytics Lead will play a pivotal role at FIRST, bolstering the company’s AI and data capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics, you will be responsible for translating complex data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making and delivers measurable value to clients.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science roles
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
- Expert proficiency in Python and/or R for statistical modelling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to apply analytics to improve them
- Experience with machine learning techniques and their practical applications in business settings
