Analytics Lead at FIRST: Lead the development and implementation of client intelligence solutions, predictive models and insight generation capabilities. Translate complex data sets into commercial insights that power decision-making for both internal stakeholders and clients. Design and implement predictive models that enhance event performance, client satisfaction and revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science roles
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or related quantitative field
- Expert proficiency in Python and/or R for statistical modelling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of business processes and how to apply analytics to improve them
- Experience with machine learning techniques and their practical applications in business settings
- Proven ability to build statistical models, perform advanced analysis, and generate meaningful insights
- Exceptional business storytelling ability with a focus on translating complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated skill in consulting with business units to define metrics and KPIs
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect analytics work to business outcomes and revenue generation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing decisions through data-driven insights
- Track record of successfully implementing analytics solutions that drive measurable business impact
