FIRST is seeking an Analytics Lead to bolster the company's AI and data capabilities, reporting to the Director of Data and Analytics. The role involves translating complex data into actionable intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and deliver measurable value to clients.

Requirements

• Lead the development and implementation of client intelligence solutions
• Translate complex data sets into commercial insights
• Design and implement predictive models
• Apply statistical modelling, machine learning techniques and data visualization
• Lead the design and execution of experiment design and A/B testing
• Build and implement sophisticated analytical models
