Requirements
- Implementation, build and project management of standard event registration websites, app builds and all technological aspects of our events
- Database management to ensure consistency of information, accurate data, inputting new data when required and generating lists and reports upon request
- Manage client evaluation communications such as save-the-dates, invitations, registration, confirmations, feedback surveys etc
- Build relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external clients over the phone, in person and via email
- Work with event Project Managers/Coordinators on overall program logistics, production, and implementation
- Manage onsite registration and take responsibility for all registration collateral and equipment management, and develop registration desk flow design and set up
- Be a contact for attendee management and technology vendors, including pre-event and during execution
- Responsible for all registration collateral and equipment management
- Provide insight into the user experience of all pre-event and onsite registration for both virtual and in-person events
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally in support of client events
- Escalate any challenges as necessary to ensure the effective resolution of issues
- Support other members of the department as needed on ad-hoc projects
