Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
- Data Literacy: Advanced ability to interpret data trends and statistical outputs to identify operational risks
- Requirements Engineering: Expertise in eliciting requirements, documenting functional specifications, and managing the end-to-end UAT process
- Process Modelling: Proficiency in workflow mapping and business process modelling (e.g., creating visual flowcharts for 'As-Is' vs 'To-Be' scenarios)
- Technical Translation: The ability to explain complex business needs to technical developers and, conversely, explain technical limitations to business stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence vendor performance and manage executive-level expectations
- Data Governance: Understanding of data stewardship principles and the importance of clean data entry for downstream reporting
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with a focus on translating data into clear, concise business recommendations
