As an Event Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in planning and executing small to mid-scale events for clients. You'll work closely with the wider FIRST team and internal and external partners to create exceptional event experiences and foster strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned small to mid-scale events
- Contribute to the event service delivery team by supporting senior Event Managers
- Consult and advise on detailed event plans
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of assigned events
- Provide consultative planning support to Event Hosts
- Be the primary on-site coordinator for assigned events
- Conduct thorough discovery meetings with Event Hosts
- Review event budgets and offer suggestions to optimize spending
- Organize event logistics, including décor, entertainment, and catering
- Collaborate with the Production Coordinator to ensure timely acquisition of client assets
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the event that will help achieve the desired objectives
- Monitor assigned event spaces and setup information
- Create, manage, and distribute comprehensive event details
- Coordinate load-in, setup, and strike schedules with facilities and relevant vendors
- Manage multiple small to mid-scale events concurrently
