Commercial Relationship Manager - CRE

The Commercial Relationship Manager serves as an intermediate level commercial banking position, driving shareholder value through interest income growth, maintaining margin and credit quality, and non-interest income. The role maintains an average loan portfolio size of at least $20MM and up to $50MM, manages at least 50 bank relationships, and generates at least $1.1MM in revenue for the bank.

Requirements

• Achieves individual annual production and growth goals for loan, deposits and fees
• Initiates and develops new business through outside business development activities
• Ensures ongoing contact with new clients to enhance client's experience with First Interstate Bank
• Develops a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs based on the review and analysis of personal bank business financial data
• Uses internal customer sourcing software to generate leads, track activities and make referrals to requisite business partners and bankers
