Job Description
The Treasury Delivery Specialist I will support Treasury Solutions Officers in onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships, assessing new and existing customer needs, and recognizing cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Establishes and fosters a trusting relationship with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and the Retail Network
- Onboards and maintains all Treasury products
- Works closely with the Treasury Operations Team to resolve operational issues
- Escalates systematic, operational, or customer service issues
- Ensures accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in completing all documentation
- Targets service and sales opportunities
- Strengthens and deepens relationships with existing customers
- Assists Treasury Solutions Officers in generating non-interest income
- Identifies ways to optimize customer profitability
- Provides in-depth technical and operational support
- Ensures the accurate implementation and servicing of all deposits and Treasury Management products
- Assists in preparations of relationship reviews
- Delivers exceptional customer service
