The Treasury Delivery Specialist II will support Treasury Solutions Officers in onboarding, expansion, and retention of Treasury customer relationships, assessing new and existing customer needs, and working with bank partners to meet client needs.
Requirements
- Establishes and fosters trusting relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and the Retail Network
- Onboards and maintains Treasury products such as Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and Electronic Bank Statements
- Resolves operational issues related to Treasury products and services
- Targets service and sales opportunities, generates non-interest income, and identifies ways to optimize customer profitability
